Elder Fashioned
Ingredients
2oz London Dry Gin (Beefeater/Fords)
0.5oz St Germain
2 Dashes Orange bitters
Grapefruit garnish
There are various iterations of this Gin old fashioned. I think the Death & Co recipe is by far the best. This is a very flavorful, booze forward, easy to make drink. My only note is not to skip on the grapefruit garnish!
Drink Recipe
1. Add gin, St. Germain, and bitters into mixing glass.
2. Mix with two large ice cubes till cold.
3. Pour over large ice cube.
4. Express grapefruit peel over glass and add to drink.
